Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Service Cancellation
- You may request to cancel a service by emailing us at info@digitalwebtech.in.
- Cancellations are subject to approval and must be requested before the project or service has been fully executed or delivered.
- Once a project or milestone is completed or delivered, it is considered non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only issued if:
- The service was not delivered as per the agreed scope.
- There is a failure to initiate the project within the agreed timeline and the fault lies with us.
- A technical issue prevents the continuation of service and cannot be resolved.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain name registrations and renewals
- Web hosting packages
- Third-party tools, plugins, or software licenses
- Services that involve extensive time investment and custom development
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of confirmation. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
5. Disputes
If you believe you are entitled to a refund and your request has been declined, you may escalate the issue by writing to info@digitalwebtech.in. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
